Applications
The Recens® Jumbo Bag Packing Machine is a heavy-duty net-weighing filling system for FIBC, big bags and super sacks from 500 kg up to 2,000 kg. Material is fed by a gravity, screw or belt feeder in a two-stage fast and trickle sequence, weighed by precision load cells, and discharged into the bag held open by a four-point pneumatic loop suspension. The bag loops are locked automatically, filling stops at the target weight, and the filled bag is released onto a powered conveyor for sewing or sealing and removal by forklift. The whole station is built around one idea: a large package has to be filled as accurately as a small one, without slowing the plant down.
